• GenomeBeans online pipeline platform facilitates sequencing data analysis services, research services,  and related products, services, and content to support you through GenomeBeans or remotely  through related products, software, services, and website, including but not limited to text, graphics,  images, and other material and information. Please read below carefully.
• New product development activities performed by sequencing on de-identified information. These  activities may include, among other things, enhancing our services; offering new products or services to  you; performing quality control activities; and conducting data analysis.

• GenomeBeans is a sequencing data analysis platform that allows users who are seeking to sequencing  data analysis for biological sample. Sequence data analysis platform provides collaboration between its  users.
• GenomeBeans strongly encourages and recommends that users analyze and research data on their own.  Users can access the most up-to-date analysis of the results.
• GenomeBeans is not liable for any consultant attorney's actions while performing consulting services for  you.
• GenomeBeans does create a client relationship. GenomeBeans offers services. Any use of the data  analysis service is intended to create a client relationship

7.Service

• Services are provided on the basis of facility and equipment availability. It reserves the right to modify,  change, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time.
• Access to the web and email servers is terminated upon the expiry of the service.

8. Applicability

• The GenomeBeans sequencing data analysis platform is exclusively governed by these terms of use. If  you do not  agree to any of these terms of use, you may not use the GenomeBeans sequencing platform  in any way, even if you already have an account.
• In the event the GenomeBeans sequencing platform uses services of third parties, the terms of service  and/or privacy policies of those third parties may apply. You will be notified if and when such third party  terms of service and/or privacy policies are applicable. By accessing such a third- party service, you  agree to comply with the applicable terms and you acknowledge that you are the sole party to such terms.  The Company cannot be held liable in any way with regard to the content of such third parties’ terms or  privacy policies.
• We reserve the right at any time, and from time to time, with or without cause, to modify these terms of  service;
• Changes to the GenomeBeans sequencing data analysis platform, including the provision of updates,  eliminating or discontinuing, temporarily or permanently, any service or other feature of the  GenomeBeans platform without any liability against the user or any third parties;
• Deny or terminate your use  and/or access to the GenomeBeans sequencing platform, in whole or in  part,  temporarily or permanently, as set forth herein.
• Any such amendments or changes will become effective immediately after we make them available on  the GenomeBeans sequencing platform or otherwise provide notice of them. You agree that your  continued use of the GenomeBeans sequencing platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance  of such changes.

9. Registration

• You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
• You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide when registering by  updating your personal details to ensure we can communicate with you effectively.
• We may suspend or cancel your registration with immediate effect for any reasonable purpose or if you  breach these terms and conditions.
• You may cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing at the address at the end of these  terms and conditions. If you do so, you must immediately stop using the website. Cancellation or  suspension of your registration does not affect any statutory rights.

10. User Responsibilities

• You, and you alone, are responsible for your account and anything that happens while you are signed in  or using your account. Your security is your responsibility.
• User Account Security If you sign up for the service, you will create a personalised account which  includes a unique username and a password to access the service and receive messages from us. You are  responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities  that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it.
• You represent and warrants that:
• You have the authority to bind yourself to this Agreement and are of legal age in your jurisdiction;
• Your use of the service will be solely for the purposes permitted by this agreement;
• Your use of the service will not infringe or misappropriate any third party's intellectual property  rights;  and
• Your use of the service will comply with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations.

11. Use of GenomeBeans Platform

• To use the GenomeBeans Platform, you will need an internet connection that is sufficiently strong in  order to upload raw data samples and download the results. In addition, you must provide all the  equipment necessary to make such an Internet connection, including a computer and modem.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login  information, such as your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to  immediately notify us of any unauthorised use or suspected unauthorised use of your account or any  other breach of security. The company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure  to comply with the above requirements.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will GenomeBeans be liable to you for any loss of  profits, use, or data, or for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages,  however arising, that result from to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, the company is only  liable for personal injury or damages caused by (i) gross negligence; (ii) willful misconduct; or (iii) fraud  committed by the company.
• If you have any interactions with Genomebeans or any other user of the service, whether or not  based on warranty, contract, or any other legal theory GenomeBeans has been informed of the possibility  of such damage, and will have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond our reasonable  control. Some jurisdictions limit or do not permit disclaimers of liability, so this provision may not apply  to you.
• He company’s liability under these terms of use shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law, amount  to a maximum of the fee paid by the user under these terms of use.

• GenomeBeans provides the Website and the Service "as is" without warranty of any kind. Without  limiting the foregoing, GenomeBeans expressly disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties  regarding the Website and the Service, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability,  fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy, and non-infringement.
• Specifically, GenomeBeans makes no representation or warranty that the information we provide or that  is provided through the service is accurate, reliable, or correct; that the service will meet your  requirements; that the service will be available at any particular time or location; that the service will  function in an uninterrupted manner or be secure; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the  service is free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility and risk of loss  resulting from your use of information, content, or other material obtained from the service. Some  jurisdictions limit or do not permit disclaimers of warranty, so this provision may not apply to you.

16. By the Company

• Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the GenomeBeans Platform is done at  its sole discretion, and it is solely responsible for any and all damages to its computer systems or loss of  user content resulting from its use of the GenomeBeans platform, and
• No advice or information obtained by the user through its use of the GenomeBeans Platform, whether  oral or written, shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms of use.

• Modification of Terms of Use. GenomeBeans may amend this agreement from time to time and in  contracts counsel’s sole discretion. We will provide notification to users of material changes to this  agreement.
• By sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, which will take effect  immediately upon our sending of this email.
• Non-material changes to this agreement will take effect immediately We encourage visitors to  frequently check this page for any changes to this agreement. Your continued use of the service after the  effective date of a revised version of this agreement constitutes your acceptance of its terms.
• Severability If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion of the  Agreement will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent. The remaining portions will remain in  full force and effect. Any failure on the part of GenomeBeans to enforce any provision of this agreement  will not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce such provision. Our rights under this Agreement  will survive any termination of this Agreement.
• Limitation of Term of Action You agree that any cause of action related to or arising out of your  relationship with ContractsCounsel must commence within ONE year after the cause of action accrues.  Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
• Contracting Authority You represent and warrant that, if you are an individual, you are of legal age to  form a binding contract; or, if you are registering on behalf of an entity, you are authorised to enter into,  and bind, these Terms of Use and register for the Service.

20. Permitted site applications

21. Definition

• “Account” means your account for accessing the GenomeBeans platform which shall be provided to you  following your subscription and upon payment of the Fee;
• “Fee” means the fee to be paid by the User to the Company for the use of the GenomeBeans Platform  which shall amount to a sum paid by the User to the Company (increased with any applicable taxes or  other costs) per Sample of User Content as submitted/uploaded by the User to the GenomeBeans  Platform. No access shall be provided to the GenomeBeans Platform than upon full payment of the Fee  by the User;
• “Sample” means a the raw data generated from sequencing machines as a output.
• "Term” means the period required for analyzing and/or processing data until the submission of the  report.
• “Site Services” means all services collectively applications and products that are accessible through the  site.
